  • What platforms does the application support?

    The EO app works on iOS 9 and later, as well as Android 9 and later.

  • How do I download the app?

    The EO app is available on the App Store, Google Play Store and the App Gallery.

  • How can I update the app?

    The app can be updated via the stores where the app is available by pressing the update icon, if available on the application page.

Registration

  • How do I register?

    After downloading the app, you must enter your mobile number and press the CONTINUE icon. Then enter the verification code sent to you to confirm the validity of the mobile number entered.

  • I did not receive the verification code. What should I do?

    You should wait one minute after requesting the verification code for the first time, and then you can request the code again. We recommend that you do not enter an incorrect code so that the application does not temporarily suspend the registration process for the mobile number entered as a security measure.

  • Can I register with the same mobile number on multiple phones?

    The EO app allows the use of one mobile number linked to one phone. In the event that you change your phone, log out from the previously registered device and log in on the new device after verifying the validity of the number.

  • I changed my phone. Can I transfer my personal data?

    All data is periodically archived so that it can be retrieved via the EO cloud service.

  • Can I change my phone number?

    In the event that the phone number is changed, you must contact the EO Technical Support Team.

  • Can I invite members to join the app?

    This can be done by going to the main menu, then pressing the INVITE icon, which will display your contact list, so that you can select who you want to invite and the EO app will send the invitation to them according to your preferred method, whether by email or text message.

Meetings

  • How do I invite to a meeting?

    Via the meeting invitation feature on the meetings page, where the basic meeting details are filled in, the invitees are selected and the invitation is sent to them.

  • Is it possible to decline attending the meeting in advance?

    Certainly! You can accept or decline the invitation when you receive it.

  • What are the meeting statuses?

    There are several statuses for a meeting, as indicated below:

    • Scheduled
      • Live
      • Upcoming
    • Pending
      • Awaiting recording of meeting points
      • Awaiting approval of meeting points
    • Closed
  • Can the agreed meeting points be recorded?

    Of course! This can be done by the meeting editor who has the authority to record the agreed points and share them with invitees.

  • What is the voting feature?

    This is a feature that allows invitees to vote on the points, record the results, and display them in real time to attendees after the vote.

Groups and Chat

  • How do I create a group?

    By the Create a Group feature from the chat system and selecting members from your contact list.

  • Can files and photos be shared?

    Certainly! Files and photos can be shared with members and groups as long as the file sent does not exceed 80 MB.

  • Can I send a voice message?

    Voice messages can be recorded and sent by pressing the -recorder icon to record and send the voice message.

  • Can group details be modified?

    The group name and image can be changed, and members can be modified and added.

  • Are sent messages encrypted?

    All sent messages are encrypted just as all correspondence and chats. The technology used is complete encryption between the two parties, which means that all messages and files are protected by any party and cannot be accessed.

Tasks

  • How do I create a custom task list?

    By pressing the new list icon and typing the name of the new list to appear in the task list.

  • Can I add tasks for members?

    Certainly! You can add tasks for all members and specify the required delivery date for them.

  • How do I close the task assigned to me?

    By going to the task in the task list and check the finish icon to change the task status to completed.

  • Can the task list be shared with other members?

    This can be done by pressing the share icon found in the task list and selecting the member who will be granted access to this list.

Mail

  • Can messaging be sent to several members at the same time?

    This is not possible as correspondence is addressed to one person only. The rest of the members can be added as viewers of the correspondence in the CC list.

  • What does the messaging code and barcode number mean?

    This is a non-repeated messaging identification number that guarantees the reliability of the correspondence and allows tracking of its status.

  • Does the correspondence system need an email?

    The correspondence system works without the need for an e-mail, as it is linked to the registered account through your mobile number.

Host Server

  • Can the application’s host server be changed?

    The host server can be changed by selecting the list of servers linked to the application, entering the new server link and pressing the save button.

  • How can I get my own server?

    This can be done by contacting the EO team

  • How many servers can I save in the application?

    There is no limit but you can only link to servers that you have access to.

Privacy

  • Is my data shared with any third party?

    We will not share or disclose any information to any third party. 

  • Can the data be disclosed for any reason?

    Data will be disclosed only in the event that an order is issued by any judicial or regulatory authority.
